"I had to wait a few days just..."
I had to wait a few days just to hear back from support, which was really annoying. When they finally replied, it was kind of vague and didn’t really answer my question. I mean, I get that places get busy, so maybe it wasn’t the end of the world, but still, I expected a little more help after waiting that long.

"I ordered a few accessories from..."
I ordered a few accessories from jsaux.com i was kind of thinking, “Okay, let’s see if this is actually decent for the price.” Turns out, it was. The prices felt fair, and the quality was better than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it was fine. Overall, for what I paid, I’d definitely consider buying from them again.

"Fits my Steam Deck well enough for me"
Fits my Steam Deck well overall. The fit was mostly good, though I’ll admit I didn’t spend a ton of time fussing with it because I just wanted to get back to playing. Works fine and does what I needed it to do.

I ordered a cable and case from jsaux.com last week and wasn’t expecting much beyond the usual wait. To my surprise, the shipping was really quick, and I got the tracking info fast. It even kept updating the whole way, which was nice.
The package showed up in good shape, and everything I ordered was included. It was a simple purchase, but the whole thing went better than I expected, so I’d be happy to order from them again.

"Broke too fast"
It was fine at first. Then it broke way too soon. The quality just didn’t hold up
